Cameron Hoare
A-Grade Electrician, CEC Accredited Solar and Battery
Introducing the boss man himself, Cameron Hoare. HDC Electrical and Solar started back in 2017. The business has since grown to employ a team of six currently, and is passionate about creating a respectful, high quality, local experience for the community. Cam has been in the industry for 16 years and strives to provide the best services according to your needs.
Aiden Webber
A-Grade Electrician, CEC Accredited
Aiden Webber has been with HDC electrical for 5 years. He did his whole apprenticeship with us and is now an A grade and CEC accredited electrician. It is people like Aiden who are the real reason businesses like ours can grow, without employees like him we wouldn’t be where we are today. Our customers love him, the whole team love him, he is a credit to himself and a testament to what we stand for at HDC.
Mitchell Oke
A-Grade Electrician, CEC Accredited Solar and Battery
Mitch is a dedicated worker whose attention to detail, and professionalism has been a phenomenal addition to this business. He joined the HDC team back in 2022 as a fully qualified A-Grade electrician plus CEC Accredited Solar Installer, since joining our team he has also gained his Battery qualifications and is quite the SolarEdge whizz! He has always showed up to work with his best efforts and we are very grateful to have him on the team.
Ryan Lloyd
4th Year Apprentice
Ryan Lloyd is an integral part of the HDC electrical team and has been with us since October 2020. He will finish up his 4th year apprenticeship later this year and we are excited to see his skills continue to grow. Ryan brings a great stability to our team, he is always someone we can rely on and his work ethic is standout, another huge credit to the HDC team.
Zanda Conboy
3rd Year Apprentice
Zanda Conboy is a 3rd year apprentice at HDC Electrical and Solar. He is a great team member who is hard working, always happy and loves a laugh.
Olivia Kondratenkov
1st Year Apprentice
Another incredibly valued member of the HDC team, Olivia (Liv) always knows how to lift the spirits and bring the energy to any job site at hand. Liv joined the HDC team in November last year and is currently a first year apprentice. She’s hard working, passionate and a great addition to the team.

Renee Richards has been working in the solar and electrical space for over 10 years. Renee uses her extensive industry experience and knowledge to help customers find solar energy systems suited to their needs. Her support of the entire HDC team helps us deliver quality solar and electrical work.
